On arrival Cx states unit has a burning odor. Found lint build up on base of dryer that has charred. Venting from home to outside also needs cleaned. Advised Cx we cannot do external unit but we can do a vacuum inside the dryer. Cx approved quote. Used shop vac to get most of the build up. Advised Cx it wont be polished brand new but we were able to get the loose debris. Collected full via card. Advised Cx the odor will still be present due to the amount of build up that was present but the odor should lessen when they have proper air flow.

Found all the lights inside the refrigerator were off on arrival. I turned the unit off and on at the main switch and the lights were restored. In saying that the led driver board needs to be replaced for that issue. The main problem is the ice maker not producing ice. Found the no light on optics board but when I was removing the screws from the cover the light came on but when I removed the last screw the light shut off and I found a broken wire going to the control. Called tech line. 7734422892. The unit is under review.

Customer stated that while using unit they smelt burning odor. Called tech line. Sr#7734419951. Tested unit with load of towels. No error codes stored and no smoke or fire. Ran test cycle no new codes. I do smell an odor but no mechanical symptoms. Tech line recommended running Affresh cleaner to neutralize odor.

"On further diagnostics I found the valve stem was leaking via black light and dye. Charged with nitrogen, leak tested, no further leaks. Pulled vac, no leaks, filled with 4.70oz of 134a. Unrelated, found the condenser fan hitting the shroud. Unit working again as designed."

"When testing 1.14 amp is the compressor reading, high side not hot. Compressor checked out, working great. Freezer is freezing but could be colder. Seals need to be replaced & has black mold on seal on left hand door. Has service pointer W10739305 (Valero seal) WPW10479155 damper is not opening correctly. Spoke with tech line Sterling - ran diagnostics service test #15 & # 57 ( heard auger motor for ice maker) worked, ran #45 ( ice maker filter) filled.SR #7734422573. Job completed for now."
