The unit shakes uncontrollably in spin. The suspension is loose and the basket has excess movement. I do not hear the liquid in the counterbalance of the basket either. The Washplate is stuck to the gearcase and the top ring is broken. The Washplate will have to be broken off to inspect under it . This will damage the gearcase. The belt is slipping on the pulley. Replaced the suspension and tested because that is all I could do without damaging the unit and requiring additional parts. "Unit is getting a F9E1, F0E3,F3E3, F7E9.Upon diagnosis, I check the drain pump. Everything was fine and empty. I then removed the wash plate and found no debris. I did find the drain line to be far down the drain pipe. I calibrated the unit then ran to test cycles. Unit is now working as designed at this time."

"Upon arrival found unit no dispensing any water. Check the unit and found the reservoir is frozen over again. Temperature on the fresh food compartment is about 33.5F, this taking from water on the inside. Check resistance on the back of the unit and is 8.5 kohms. Call tech line and after inspection found the problem is with the air tower, no sealing properly causing the water reservoir got frozen. They recommend to replace the tower and sealed with permagum. SR: 7740231329 Rich ; ordrng 1 W11608966 (Evaporator cover) and 1 212643 (Permagum)"
