"Spin basket not getting engaged during the spin portion of the cycle. Accessed the motor, transmission components, everything checks fine underneath. Moved the spin basket by hand, ran a drain and spin cycle, the basket started spinning properly. Applied so resistance to the basket, it would not spin, suspect brake and clutch assembly is faulty. Called the technical department to seek advise, they recommend to replace the brake and clutch assembly, and to replace the motor coupler as well. SR 7734605257"
