Greeted customer. Customer stated ice maker was not working. Both old unit and new unit have to be stripped in order to fit through doorway. Apartment had stairs both in the unit and Entryway. New unit was installed. During testing it became evident that the water dispenser was not functioning. Customer then refused unit. New unit and old unit had to be disassembled again. After disassembly units had to be maneuvered through the tight doorway and down both sets of stairs. Once units had been moved reassembly began. Units assembled. New unit was secured in the truck. Old unit was reinstalled.
