Contacted techline for assistance in diagnosing, previously I ordered the incorrect thermistor, RC thermistor is located inside the light housing and is hardwired into the liner. Techline stated that the evaporator defrost thermistor have to be used which requires having to cut the wires and splicing. I explained to the customer what I have to do to correct the issue and she declined to have it repaired because she doesnt want to have wires cut on a new refrigerator and he babys breast milk is freezing. She is contacting the store from where it was purchased and the manufacturer to demand a new refrigerator replacement. Gr requests not to return please."

Found the unit not draining properly do to customer adding an extra long drain hose to the existing also found the original drain hose has a kink in it and is laying on the ground. Instructed customer to have drain pipe cleared out by a plumber and stick the drain hose into the drain pipe.

"Front left stove burner Flame burning higher than its supposed to and burning unevenly. Orifice not damaged, burner head clean and already replaced gas valve. Cx has been having issue sense she bought oven and was told by home depot that she can exchange oven if given sr number. Called tech-line and explain that cx has been having issue sense purchase. Received sr number from techline for cx to give to Home Depot for replacement. Techline representative agrees that flame sounds like a blowtorch sr number 7736049152"
