Unit is really hot in back of fridge. Smart hq is reading f103x1 and fan condenser is not running. James with tech line. Ran test 96 on freezer compartment. Started at 29 degrees. Went down to 27 then back up 31 degrees. Test was restarted and now is dropping like it should. Went as high as 38 degrees and now is 8 degrees and dropping. 10630337. 800-386-1215. Unit had 2 wires not all the way in. One was red yellow stripe and that went to fan. Fan is now working correctly and tested unit dropped to 0 degrees and working and cooling. Job completed.

"Units evap fan blade was hitting against the housing. Ventilation was iced over. Cleared vents with steam and repositioned fan motor so that the blade is no longer making contact. Plastic brackets were broken keeping fan motor from being seated properly. Asked cx if they wanted to replace all of the broken parts and they said no. I got the unit up and running. "Cx said they think something was caught in the drain pump. Water still in unit upon arrival. Did manual drain and found some resistance in the pump. Removed and found debris inside that were locking up the motor removed and retested. Unit now draining fine. Cx Also, concerned with popping noise. Was able to re-create it in the transmission. It was pretty typical noise based on the units age. I did not recommend she change the transmission until it starts to fail."

"CX says the unit is leaking. Filled the unit with water in normal operation. Allowed to begin agitation. Removed the front panel, checking for leaks. No leaks. Canceled cycle unit started to drain, checked the drain hose found the leak. The leak is from the wall. The combo unit is not leaking and operating properly."
