Found after replacing the thermostat and the appliance manager I found the 20 amp fuse open so i replaced the and all functions were restored and working properly. Unit heating just fine and no further error codes stored. Job completed. ; used 1 W11707984 (Fuse) from stock

UNSTACKED dryer. Replaced bellow. Cx also said they had a slow drain. Removed obstructions on coin catch. Tested unit. Unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Customer has video of unit shutting down on its own and trying to restart for 3 days. Interface was already replaced and no PO on screen. Removed and replaced main control. All tests good.

Install ACU and capacitor.test wash cycle and spin cycle all work good.

Unit not making ice. I tried to cycle ice maker but ice maker would not cycle. Removed and replaced ice maker and cycled new ice maker. All tests good.

Fault code F3E2. replaced the open sensor and cleared the fault codes. Vacuumed the inside of the cabinet and shorten the exhaust vent for a better airflow.

After replacing all three switches and the main control the unit is able to sense if the doors are opened and closed properly. I did each one individually and all together and the lights are now shutting off properly and turning on properly as well. Job completed.

Found the unit had a f2e1 error code stored. I verified operation of the user interface and made sure all buttons were operating. After that I verified the vent checked ok and passed the vent test. The vent does go into the garage from the laundry room and there is a room in the garage so I recommended not running the dryer if someone is going to be sleeping in the garage. All functions tested ok. I reset the control for better operation. Job completed.

Replaced switch all tested good

Ran diagnostics. And unit has no codes. Found heater element was bad. Tested after putting back together. Heating like as designed. Checked other functions. Job completed

Found the slider potentially getting hung up not allowing the unit to proceed to the next step of the cycle. Potentially the reason for the f0e3 error code. I replace slider and all functions are working as designed. The fabric softener dispenser was a little clogged to I get that resolved for the customer. All functions restored and working. Inspected unit for leaking found water valves working. But only cold water is present and Cx had switched hoses to wrong sides. Cold water starts and then goes to a trickle. Hot water valve is opening and working. Advised Cx to repair cold water line to fully correct issues. Also found a small pin hole on bottom of tub. Used some resin and sealed tub. Tested and unit is not leaking. Water is not correct or this unit and it has been the cause of all the damage. Unit is working perfectly design its that the Cx is not using it correctly.

Upon arrival found unit not working at all. Check the outlet and is power and correct wiring. Check the controls board and found a pest infestation causing the failure. JB OUT 1/2/25Customer states washing machine will not drain water out of wash tub. Upon arrival found wash tub approximately 1/3 fill of water. Selected drain in spin verified drain pump not operating. Manually drained water from wash tub. Inspected drain pump and found Molex wire connector to water pump not fully installed not making good electrical contact. Removed connector and reinstall into drain pump. Tested drain pump verified pump is now operating. Reassembled unit and tested washer in normal wash cycle with customer. Verified correct water fill and agitation function. Canceled cycle and observed washing machine drain all water from wash tub. Select drain and spin cycle verified drain pump runs and washing machine runs spin cycle. No parts needed or used. Customer informs we cold water is turned off because it is dripping heavily and the faucet will be replaced this weekend. Advise customer washing machine will hum when calling for cold water if the water is turned off and after a certain amount of time, well just shut the machine down if it doesnt get the cold or hot water, it asks for. I connected my navy been to the unit found no error codes ran multiple tests on diagnostic cycles with agitation fast agitation, fast spin unit is spinning and agitating as intended contacted tag to document tag wanted me to run a pressure test on the unit Irani pressure test on the unit unit passed this test ran drain pump test. Everything is working on this unit. Documented this with tag advise customer that the issue was probably the way they are loading the machine. I instructed the consumer on how to properly load her machine and never overload the machine or put off balance Advise her that when she is doing big towels to only do big towels not to mix with small other garments as this will cause a unit to go off balance and it will not ring out. "JB out 1/2/25Customer states newly installed dryer takes three and four times the normal amount of time for clothing to dry. Upon arrival found installer has used thin foil type ducting. Recommend customer contact installer to return and remove thin foil ducting in favor of rigid metal or rigid flex, ducting, material, white plastic or thin foil, ducting material poses a potential wrist for fire and or loss of light. Installation corrections are not covered under the manufacturer warranty and the responsibility of the installation company. Tested dryer in timed dry cycle. Verified unit heats and quickly cycles off burner operation. Found ducting in wall to exterior of the house is partially restricted or blocked, causing short cycling and very long dry requirement time. advised customer to run one or two normal dry cycles with foil ducting removed from wall and allowed to vent into the laundry room to verify dryer now drives within the normal amount of time. This will indicate and a restriction in the wall and must be corrected by the homeowner. no parts used. No charge. Job complete"
