"Upon arrival according with customer unit still have clothes wet by the end of the cycle, additional unit stops on the regular cycle, about the 10 to 15 minutes in the cycle. Check the unit and temperature are right. Check the unit and found error code F3E5, this about moisture sensor, check the unit and found connector J13 loose at the control board causing the failure. Run the unit on regular cycle with a wet rack on the moisture sensor and is working properly. Additional run the test cycle and touch the moisture bars with finger and light go off. This means the moisture sensor and unit is working properly. Job complete"

I then ran the water valves individually in the unit didnt leak did not find a leak at the drain pump either. found a service pointer It was talking about softener can cause a problem like this and gave a part number.
