"Visual and physical inspection was conducted and found main harness going into cabinet from compressor compartment is 90% obstructed by insulation and male connector doesnt get to latch for proper connectivity. I have called support and spoke with David and have sent pictures to him via text message substantiating my findings. He provided me with an SR 7737138750. He had also said that since this is a none repairable issue, whirlpool will follow up with customer in 48 hours."
