Verified presence of UV Dye where Yoder loop steel line exist the top of the unit compartment.(see quick pic photos showing UV Dye) indicating an internal cabinet refrigerant leak. Spoke with Aaron M at Whirlpool Techline to document. Emailed photos to Arron for inspection. Based on photos depicting UV dye entering the unit compartment from above and a pressure leak down test, Whirlpool has deemed a non repairable issue an provided SR File#7736705551.Presented evidence will be forwarded to a review team and the customer will be notified of any resolution . "JB out 6/23/23. Arrived at 3:32 pm. Customer states refrigerator section is not as cold as it should be, freezer is operating normally. Upon arrival found fresh food section is cooling but items are not as cold as they should be. Used GE Smart HQ diagnostic tool. Verified FF EVAP Thermistor reading 28.21, FREEZER Thermistor at 4.51. Tested both FF and FC Fans. Both operating normally. Further inspection fixes the FF section somewhat overloaded with item blocking the damper preventing cold air from circulating properly in the FF section. Advice Custer to reduce amount if items bein stired( a little) and be careful to NO BLOCK the cold air vents on the back wall of the refrigerator.No parts needed. No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE"
