"JB Out 12/20/23Customer states when using lower oven. She notices an odor of natural gas. Upon arrival removed lower oven bottom. Inspected burner manifold and igniter. Verified shutter adjusted properly. No defects. Visually found. Ran oven mode, lower oven with oven. Bottom removed and observed correct flame size shape, and characteristics. Please see quick photo attached. Reassembled oven and tested oven again in customers presence set to 350°F. customer notice she believed to be natural gas. Advise customer of consumed gas odor and this is not natural gas. It is not unsafe and goes away after a short period of time. Customer verified the order did dissipate and the oven continues to burn evenly incorrectly with no natural gas. No repair needed or made. Oven is operating as designed. No charge to customer. Job complete"
