After replacing all parts ordered I verified the operation of the new user interface for the dispenser and all buttons are functioning and responding. Also the ice dispenser motor is now rotating. I took before and after photos but also during the process photos. All the ice maker will take a bit of time to start producing and the ice container needed to be thawed out. All functions working and customer will keep us posted on any issues. Job completed.

Found after replacing the main harness the unit is now functioning and drain when asked. I verified no error codes stored and ran a diagnostic cycle to check all components after repair. The unit is now fully functioning. During the test the drain stem gave the sound that it can potentially leak so I recommended the customer keep an eye on it. But as for now no leaks and job completed.

"JB OUT 3/6/25.Customer states after the last service visit washer was used start button was pressed in the machine began to go through sensing and then immediately switched to done. No water filled motor didnt run wash cycle did not run. Upon arrival, tested machine in normal cycle with no clothing. Press the start button verified the machine attempted to run the sense portion of the cycle and after about 25 seconds immediately changed to done and shut off. Further inspection below the wash top found motor capacitor failure. Install replacement motor capacitor part number W11395618 covered by the warranty at no charge to the customer. Found standing drain pipe behind washing machine had come off and fallen down to the floor at the lower white ring compression connector. Reconnected drain pipe however the weight of the drain pipe is not supported by anything in the pipe comes off again. Recommend customer do not use washing machine until the compression connector for the drain pipe has been replaced and the drain pipe has been anchored to the wall to alleviate the weight of the drain pipe solely on the compression connector. Tested washer with customer verified washing, machine fills, agitates, drains, and spins as designed. no charge to customer. Job complete."

Further inspection finds front right leveling leg not adjusted properly and not touching the ground causing machine. Properly adjusted front right leveling leg. Tested again washer spin cycle with wash tub, empty verified unit now spins very smoothly and does not shake. Tested unit in normal wash cycle with towels towel to fill water and agitate. Verified correct water and agitation operation cycle and selected drain and spin with heavy demonstrating customer now cabinet leg is adjusted properly and the towels are loaded properly. The machine drains water and spins very smoothly. Customer is using correct HE detergent but too much. Recommend customer reduce detergent amount to one measured teaspoon. HE detergent is very high concentrated and a little bit goes a very long way. . No parts needed or used. No charge to customer. Job complete."
