"The customer reports the unit would leak a lot of water underneath the door, usually as the spray arms would be activated after the initial fill. Started at least 3 cycles, did not notice any leaks during any of the test cycles. Before starting any cycle, removed the front bottom trim to have a better view, in case the unit started leaking, there was a black rubber band, that could have been stuck between the door and the tub liner creating the passage for the leak, but unable to say thats what it was 100%. Unable to replicate any leaks during the service call. Advised the customer to continue to use the unit, and to call back if the problem persists."

"Found the unit's vent hose is completely crushed, the unit is pushed in too far against the wall. The vent hose is in really bad shape, it is ripped in some areas. Pointed it out to the customer, and informed them they need to replace the vent hose, given it is not part of the dryer itself, we are unable to address the issue. The customer did not understand why the hose is not covered under the extended warranty, but eventually did. Called Trade Partners and reported issues and findings.Sr7735831863"
