Attempted to vacuum rug pieces out but they are tightly packed into entire drain system as well as tub and basket. Called Techline to report this. SR# 7741477034 also got transferred over to trade and reported to them #7741452709 repair will not be covered under warranty and labeled as customer misuse by trade partners.
