"Ran the washer and let it fill completely in bulky items cycle, drained and can here the drain filling up, upon filling and draining on the second load I found that the water level in the drain rising all the way to the top of the drain spout (see pics), showed customer to verify the problem with him noting that it is a plumbing issue. Customer is satisfied with diagnosis, advised customer to call a different plumber to resolve issue, not sure what that pvc is that is going into the drain, thinking it is a overflow and it has to do with the draining issue"
