Tighten bolts screws and tested operation again with customer. Unit is now operating as designed and sound level is quiet and smooth. No parts used or needed. No charge the customer. Job complete.

"JB out 4/18/23. Customer states refrigerator compartment is freezing items in vegetable compartments and back of shelves. Advise customer against blocking cold air inlet vent on upper left side of ice box. Also recommend customer against loading items on any shelf against the walls or back of the cabinets, this blocks cold air circulation. Inspected condenser coils and found blocked. Recommend customer vacuum and brush to keep condenser coils clean every two months for the life of the product. This will reduce the electrical operating cost and properly regulate cooling temperatures in both departments. No parts needed or used. No charge the customer. Job complete."

Removed and replaced control panel jumper wire and ui. Installed. Now working as designed. Cx asked how unit got damaged. Had water all over the panel ui and control. Cx asked how it got damaged. Cx has water leaking from cabinet down to unit. Unit has no air gap and backs up into sink. Cx needs air gap or new garbage disposal. Could cause issue. Told cx this and she got pissed said its not her cabinets fault. Only answered customer questions if unit fails again and its customer negligence warranty will not cover repair. Unit is now working as designed.

Advise customer unit is computer controlled and after a certain amount of minutes if the computer does not detect that the water level is correct or shut off the cycle. Advise customer to check house plumbing, and correct water flow issue. Possibly including cleaning screens at end of. Fill hoses. Advise customer of one time courtesy. No charge on a no defect.
