Upon arrival found unit no cooling at all. Check the unit and found the compressor is lock causing the failure. Replace the compressor on the unit. Pressurize the system and no leaks found at this time. Vacuum the unit and unit holds the vacuum. Recharge the system with 56 g of refrigerant R600a. Retest the unit and now is starting to cooling down. Inform the customer they need wait at least 24 hours for proper temperatures. Job complete

Cx issue fabric softener stays in tray. Tested all ops working. Found fabric softener option is off. Cx instruct on use and care. Unit working as designed.

Found units screw securing rotor motor backed out allowing rotor to move when unit is in operation. Secured screw and tested. Unit operating as designed.

Found units diffuser wasnt plugged in. Secured connection. Unit should be regulating temp within 24 hours.

Water is dripping onto the floor from the freezer. I found that the freezer drain tube was never cut at the end which caused defrost water to back up into the freezer and then onto the floor. Cut the bottom of the drain tube and now the unit is working as designed.

Found a bad lid switch assembly. Had it replaced

CX said the unit wasnt drying properly. Upon diagnosis I found the unit to have a kink in the duct. I uninstalled and then reinstalled properly. Unit is working as designed at this time.
