I took the unit apart, found that the right panel on the side was damaged and dented in so it was scraping on the tub, I was able to flex it out and put the unit back together. The unit is no longer making noise. I advise the customer that normally cosmetic damage is not covered but I was able to fix it for him if unit continues to make noise or noise comes back. I advised him to contact Electrolux to see what they can do to help him but at the moment the unit is no longer making noise and working as intended job complete"

"Upon arrival found unit no cooling, check the unit and found the unit has a leak on the uv dryer. This unit will need new drier. Replace the new dryer on the unit from truck stock. Pressurize the system at 140 psi. Wait 35 minutes and the unit keeps the pressure. Have not found any leaks at this time. Vacuum the system and system holds the vacuum. Recharge the system with 65 g of R600a refrigerant. Retest the unit and now unit is start cooling down. Inform the customer they need to wait at least 24 hours in order to see the right temperatures on both compartments. Job complete.; used 1 W11109499 (Dryer) from stock"
