"JB out 9/26/23. Customer states washing machine will not fill up water faucet filter wash. Customer also states that it takes about 1 to 2 times the press the button for the machine to start. Upon arrival found customer using HE pod detergent. Washer set for normal cycle. Instruct customer this HE, low, fill washing machine when set for normal wash will only deal with a very small amount of water. Instruct customer when selecting deep water wash option and heavy for Bulky sheets cycle will fill with approximately 1/2 cup of water. Also advised customer against using pods and detergent, as it is to highly concentrated for this low, fill, high-efficiency washing machine. Recommend any brand powder or liquid with one measured teaspoon maximum of detergent. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a new defect. No parts used or needed. No charge the customer. Job complete."

"As per consumers concerns, there is a fan noise that could be heard 24-7, and has become annoying to him. Also, there some very minor water drops that appear on the top of freezers drawer seal. I have ran a meticulous inspection of all water related points and found to indications of water leaking or dripping. After, I have access diagnostics and ran tests 32-34 and they all checked out fine."
