"JB out 7/11/24Customer states washer is not cleaning clothes properly and does not fill with enough water. Upon arrival found washer plugged in and ready to use. Ran diagnostics and extracted only one stored error code F0E3 indicating overload. Instruct customer how to correctly select water levels by using the deep Water option with different types of cycles to gain more water to clean more volume of clothing. Also advise customer against use of pods or turbo detergents as they are too highly concentrated for this low, high-efficiency washing machine. Recommend only use of any powder or liquid classified HE detergent. And with a maximum of one measured teaspoon. Tested washer, both in regular and bulky items Cycles. Verified machine fills agitates drains and spins appropriately. No parts needed or used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

It broke two bits, trying to remove the star thats connected to the rotor. "Cx explained that she opened dryer door and laundry room was filled with steam.found duct kinked and disconnected causing the steam in laundry room.turned fryer on and dryer was heating but flame wouldnt ignite anymore after first attempt.thermal fuse has continuity,thermostat and thermal cut off both reading 0.03 ohms, thermistor is reading at 9.8 ohms, igniter glowing and reading at 77 ohms. Called techline and verified all resistance readings of thermostats and fuses. Igniter getting 120 volts from both legs but not glowing. Collected service fee via card through iWallet.and informed Cx that they have up t 30 days to move forward with repair and have service fee added to total repair cost.Sr # 7739477739 ; ordrng 1 W11233069 (Burner assembly)"
