Cleaned ring of oily substance off door and the microwave tried pushing button again and found the door pending as designed multiple times . Lubricated the hinge. Ran the unit for 3 minutes but could not detect any issues. Advised customer to wipe up any spills as they happen and to try cleaning the doors if they become difficult to open.
