"The left side door spring cable mechanism had come off the door bracket. The unit was installed by anchoring to the sides with screws going through the cabinets. On the left side the screw that was used had perforated through the cabinet, the one on the right can be seen about to go through. Pointed that out to the customer, advised him he would have to sign a waiver, and if I pulled the unit out, I would be able to push it back in place, but I would not install those side screws, given the liability behind. The customer agreed. Pulled the unit out, re installed the spring cable, checked ops, the door is now opening and closing as designed."

unit not starting. I found door switch is intermittently not making contact. Could be switch internal or faulty wiring in casing. Also unit is making very loud noise. I found front drum bearing missing. Unit needs door switch, switch harness and 2x front drum glide. Removed and replaced door switch, harness and glides. Tested unit. All tests good.
