Replaced panel tested unit panel is working both oven are getting hot and working properly job complete

JB out 6/9/23. Customer states that while drying launder unit intermittently makes a loud high pitch squeezing noise. Customer played a video clip of sound. Tested dryer in Normal cycle with wet laundry (Towels). Allowed unit to run for over thirty minutes. Unable to verify noise . No repair made.no charge to customer. Recommend customer cont installer to return and replace recently installed FOIL TYPR DUCTING MATER. With RIGID METAL DUCTING. FOIL TYPE POSES A POTENTIAL FOR FIRE OR RISK OF LOSS OF LIFE. INSTALLATION CORRECTIONS ARE NOT COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTYJOB COMPLETE

Removed and replaced harness fan motor heater thermistor and evaporator. Ran vacuum. Held vacuum. Charged w 68 grams. R600. Now frosted Evap properly. Unit now working as designed

When the door was swapped to swing to the other side the installers did not move the door stop. The door stop kept the door from closing. Removed the door and corrected the problem. Unit test ok now.

Found unit with defective footing fixed footing of unit. Tested unit and is working properly

Replaced ice maker and ice fan. Verified water fill. Unit tested ok.

All I did was set the clock and unit worked as designed.

Called tech line with no finding and found a leak in the Yoder loop. File number is 7736604563. Unit is none repairable and customer will be contacted by whirlpool resolution team. Job completed

Found unit doing nothing but draining. Found customer over soaping causing soap lock. Cleared excessive soap. Informed customer not to use more the 3 tablespoons of soap. Customer approves function. If problem continues. Customer will call. No flashing in pressure system.

Replaced parts and tested unit job complete

Customer concerns: long drying time. Kinked exhaust behind dryer. Re-placed vent flex. Operation tested as designed. Customer instruct.

Tested replaced entire defrost circuit tested working properly

"Returned,replaced defective parts.designed operation returns in 24-48 hrs of run time. 1 WPW10384183 (Thermistor) and 1 W11546681 (Harness, freezer) and 1 W11190849 (Control)"

"Fixed- found strike to be broken causing unit not to start- removed bad one and then installed new one (strike) tested unit, unit now working as designed- cx ok repair"

Russel with tech line. Went over freezer door. Realigned the door and sliders now work correctly. The tower and main board been replaced and unit has been reset. Seals on rear plate in freezer was out of alignment and adjustment needed. All working and sliding correctly and as designed. Job completed.

"JB out 6/9/23. Customer states washer will not drain or spin. Upon arrival found washing machine with 1/3 cup of water undrained. Further inspection found several extensions added to washing machine drain line, then connected to 1/2 inch diameter washer fill hose, leaving outside of house extending further than 30 feet. Disconnect drain hose from water supply hose. Makeshift drain connection. Reinstall drain line into standing drain pipe behind washing machine. Tested drain function. Washing machine now drains however, standing drain. Pipe backs up. Recommend customer contact plumber to clean out. Drain line to prevent backing up. Advise customer against using any drain line extensions whatsoever. I verified washing machine now. Drains and spins appropriately. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect phone service call visit. This is an installation issue. Washing machine drain hose cannot be connected to any extensions. Additionally, channel drain pipe backs up and will require the services of a plumber to clean out the drain. This is part of the house, plumbing. No parts used. No charge the customer. Job complete."

Tested microwave with 8oz of water in Pyrex glass at 100% power several times for 1min 30 seconds & for 2 min unit boiling water operating properly.advised customer to connect to unit with phone to get any software updates.

Applied the foam seal to the reservoir cover. Since last temperature adjustment the refrigerator has been dispensing water and making ice. Unit is functioning as designed

Found valve bad replaced tested working properly

CX says the dryer is not drying properly. Found the venting was not installed properly. Installed venting correctly. Corrected exited air flow. Unit heats and operates properly. CX INSTRUCT WRINKLE SHIELD AND CYCLE END NOISE.

"Fixed- found vent motor making a loud clicking sound when running, removed filters and inspected motor found a piece of paper inside motor causing the clicking sound, removed paper and tested unit, runs quite- unit working as designed- cx ok repair"

Replaced damaged lower freezer door.

Found ice maker plug loose. Plugged in securely and cycled ice maker without failure.

Cycled unit and found water level is not accurate. Ran calibration cycle and retested water level now normal job completed

Got to cx home at 1:30pm the daughter was not there she was close by we took the the new unit down opened the new unit in front of the dad. The daughter showed up Excepted the unit. We got the old refrigerator took off the handles cx stated that the old refrigerator would not keep cool. We removed the old unit installed the new unit we tested the new unit water Dispenser it woks good job complete

"Found belt pulley squeaking during use, inspected pulley and found a lack of grease on it, added more grease to pulley and all tested good"

Customer concerns: some burners not lighting. Installed burners head assembly. Operation tested as designed. No gas leaks.

"Visual and physical inspection suggests sump pump must be replaced and the unit is installed in a fashion that couldnt be pulled out unless a 1 inch tick tile flooring is cut out. I have explained all whats needed to be done to customer, and he has declined continuing with repair."

Upon arrival rechecked filter housing the housing is working as it should take pressure to push the filter into place as closing the door before it clicks in to hold in the filter there is no leaking from the unit. Unit is working as intended customer probably pulled open the filter door while grabbing Items from the fridge and could not close the door agin with the pressure needed contacted tech support and explained to them that there nothing wrong with the unit sr#7736590643 had to customer uninstall and install the filter in front of me and close the housing door to show them that the unit is working as intended. Job complete.

"Costco warranty 2 years warranty Checked the unit operations the capacitor was replaced , but needed belt and pulley asm replaced as well they have grease on them as well , and as a result are slipping and causing the unit to make noises replaced the belt and pulley asm cleaned the motor tested operating ok now at this time ; used 1 W10721967 (DRIVE PULLEY), and 1 WPW10006384 (DRIVE BELT) from stock"

"Upon arrival, tested unit pulled water supply line off filled main drain with water for five minutes. Main drain is not backing up reconnected and filled unit completely up with water ran it through some agitation cycles and threw a spin could not duplicate the leak whatsoever. I did find a tootsie roll wrapper in the fabric softener dispenser area that is molded to the tub. It is possible that when water is cycling through fabric softener dispenser was splashing over due to being clogged by a candy wrapper I did run the fabric softener dispenser test and diagnostic modes. After I remove the paper there was no water to be found anywhere nothing leaking. I advise the customer that if this happens again to please take videos and pictures so we can try and figure this problem but the unit is working as intended. No issues found job complete."

"Found turn table support & bottom cook tray burnt & melted in the center, part #W10337248, support; part # W11367904, turn table cook tray. Ran water heating test, turn table functions, tested ok, unit operating as designed. Called SAFTEY team with findings sr #7736515446. Safety team authorized parts only, Cx refused further service on unit. referred cx to WP customer care team"

Upon arrival remove evaporator housing replaced it with new one replaced Ui and main control board unit kicked on passed all tests advised CX to give the unit 24 to 48 hours for the unit to get to proper temps and make ice unit is working intended. Job complete

Unit needed to be reset and then unit passed all tests. Job completed.

Installed new valve and unit is now getting hot water per design job complete.

Material stuck in slider keeping dispenser from opening completely.removed particles and rinsed dispenser slider. Slider now opening completely and dishwasher working properly.

Replaced ice maker tested unit ice maker harvested and filled no error codes job complete

"Found broken wire in harness at bottom of freezer door.

Found dent in fresh door and sent it for return.Replaced freezer door and it still will not close. Sr documented with techline as irreparable # 7735909492 cx service number 1 (866) 698-2538.

Unit is frozen over and not cooling ff. Fans are running. Cx was gone for two months. Advised to defrost and call back if unit builds. Need to return with fan assembly if recalled.

"JB out 6/7/23. Customer states unit shuts off within a few minutes of starting the wash cycle. Upon arrival tested unit in Normal cycle. Unit starts, goes into drain and displays 111 minutes. At 110 min displayed, unit shuts off. Installed GE Smart HQ Diagnostic tool. Found Fault code F56 x 5 indicating a no drain condition detected. Cleared code. Tested again, code repeats. Cleared code. Inspected filter cup found blocked. Washed filter cup and reinstalled. Tested unit again and unit now runs properly. Verified fault code did not return. Tested in normal cycle. Unit now runs and operates properly. Advised customer water temperature being supplied to dishwasher is far below the required minimum of 120f. Recommend installation and use of a Point of use hot water heater.No charge to customer. No parts needed. JOB COMPLETE"

Replaced parts and ran cycle. Unit passed all tests and is operating as designed.
