"F7/E6-MOTOR FAULT, F0/E5-OFF BALANCEON ARRIVAL THE MOTOR COVER WAS OFF. THIS UNIT IS UPSTAIRS AND SIT IN A SHALLOW PAN. THE DRAIN PORT IS DIRECTLY UNDER THE GEARCASE. CX complaints of noise during operation, the source is the drain port rubbing while unit is filled and in operation. The suspension rods are in operational order. The level legs were drawn in all the way. This caused the issue with the noise and in operation. Raised the level legs to highest point. Loaded the unit with clothes and ran a cycle. Replaced the cam, calibration passed. All ops normal."

unit giving error code for user interface communication issue. When I first arrived, the console turned on. I tested unit though diagnostic and found burning smell from motor. I removed the rotor and found that the slider was rubbing causing smell. Failed slider assy. After diagnostic the console wouldnt turn back on and then gave communication code again. Failed console. Removed and replaced slider and console. Tested and calibrated. All tests good.542883; used 1 W10734521 (SLIDER) from stock"

Call tree care to report this situation, now customer need call customer service in order to see if they given them a concession for the cosmetic repair.
