"In warranty. Cx reports unit is noisy. Upon arrival, the unit was quiet, but luckily the customer had a recording of the noise. The noise is a slow speed, metallic, rapping noise, which is too slow to be an evaporator fan motor. The unit also leans the right and some of the noise may be caused from a balance vibration.
