"JB out 7/5/23. Upon arrival customer states Washing machine will not spin. found customers using liquid tide HE turbo which is too highly concentrated for this low fill, high-efficiency washing machine recommend the use of HE only detergent, no turbo and very, very small amounts typically that of one measure a teaspoon maximum to prevent oversuds condition. Tested,Fill , agitation, drain and spin functions. Washer operates as designed. No parts used or needed. No charge the customer. Job complete."

"JB out 7/5/23. Install replacement, idler, pulley, drive belt and motor pulley as ordered. Reassembled unit and tested operation. You did an hour runs smoothly and quietly. Verified time dry cycle unit heats beautifully. Tested operation. Advise customer not to run. Dryer until exhaust. Ducting has been properly installed to prevent tripping the thermal fuse which is not resettable. Replacement parts carry a one-year warranty I guess defect of part themselves from todays date. Labor carries a 90 day warranty against effect from today.
