Started a cycle holding the drain hose at at lest 40 inches from the floor, the cycle went on properly, lowered the hose back onto the floor to show the customer how the water would siphon out right away. Instructed the customer to secure the drain hose at at least 40 inches from the floor in order for it to work properly."

After adding 150 psi of nitrogen the pressure held for 15-20 minutes. No leaks found. I replaced the drier and compressor and vacuumed out the system. I changed the unit to 53 grams of r600a and the unit stated cooling right away. It will take 24 hours to get back to normal temps Job completed.

Customer was having a load of towels on the inside of the unit and wash too much clothes on the inside inform the customer this situation and tell her they need to reduce the amount of load. Inform the customer to that if the unit is spinning, and they know it is a tumble stop the unit and make the low even on the inside of the drum. Unit is working properly. Job complete."

"The customer reports the lower drawer does not close properly, they have to push it hard to make sure its closed, the ice cubes overflow onto the units floor, and during a previous service call, the technician had to use pliers to remove and install the water filter. Found some ice had formed underneath the lower drawer, at the rear right , not allowing the drawer to slide closed properly, and found the ice container not in the right position. Corrected the ice bin position to prevent the ice falling onto the units floor, the customer had a new water filter, advised the customer to turn the water supply off to release the water pressure on the unit, removed the old filter, and installed the new one with ease, pointed it out to the customer. Also removed the ice accumulated underneath the lower drawer, checked the drawers operation, the drawer is now closing properly. The unit is working as designed."
