Customers complaint is the unit not making ice and the unit is leaking water. Found two issues. The water leak is coming from the drip try in the freezer compartment frozen over. So the defrost water is what is leaking. I removed the drain tube in the back of the machine and cleared the obstruction. After that I poured water to verify that the water is going down and It is. Next I replaced the ice maker because it was stuck in an abnormal position. After replacing the ice maker it is now cycling and brining in water. All functions restored and working. No changes the customer has an extended warranty.

The customer complaint was that the unit was not making ice. The unit is covered under warranty. Tested the unit and found that icemaker motor was not working unit had voltage. Going to icemaker for icemaker would not harvest or rotate. Replaced icemaker tested unit unit now calls for water icemaker and is filling icemaker tray. Unit working as designed. Job is complete.

Took product temperatures products in fresh food compartment are at 58° above temperature and products in freezer compartment are at 12° which is above temperature went to inspect back of unit and sealed system issues found Lot of condensation on back. Customer complaint is the unit making a humming sound and not turning on. Found the motor stuck and not turning freely what so ever. I tried to remove the blower from the motor but no luck. It was stuck to the motor so I broke off the blower. I installed and new motor and blower and now the unit turns on and is rotating just fine. Unit is also heating just fine. Job completed and no changes the customer has a warranty.

Customers complaint is the unit making a noise and not finishing a cycle. Found no error code stored at this time. Also there is a noise while it is spinning. There was a squealing and a rattling of the cam assembly. I replaced both and ran a diagnostic cycle and all functions returned to normal. No abnormal noises coming from the unit as of now. Last I reset the unit after leaving diagnostics so it would work as normal. All functions now working. Job completed and no changes. Customers complaint is the unit not starting a cycle. I found the capacitor open and the reason for the failure. The basket wants to rotate at the beginning of a cycle and the capacitor is what gives the motor the power to start. I replaced the capacitor and verified operation in diagnostics. All functions restored and working. Job completed and no changes for repair. The unit is under manufacture warranty.

Upon arrival inspected unit found LED module completely out not lighting inside fresh food compartment replaced LED module unit is now lighting and operating as in tenant unit is covered under manufacturer warranty. Zero dollars was collected job complete.

Tested the unit and found that unit has faulty dampers throwing tub off balance along with spinning issues and error codes indicating that Inverter board control board and accelerator meter are faulty not reading and spinning tub correctly. Customer stated that unit was making a noise and icing up and Evap fan was rubbing on ice. Unit is under manufacturer warranty. Gate call in is 2990. Found a lot of moisture on the mullion and on freezer door. There is a service pointer out on the moisture on top of freezer door. AFL video number 28.
