JB out 7/14/23 customer states freezer drawer does not close properly and allows frost to build inside ceiling of freezer. Also freezer drawer makes noises when opened and closed. Upon arrival found unit not leveled properly by installer. Open freezer drawer and inspected freezer basket. found not properly installed and rubbing preventing door from closing 100% aligned and reinstalled freezer basket. Adjusted cabinet level also unit leans slightly backwards and doors close and sealed better. No parts needed or used. Recommend customer remove toepanel grill every three months for the life of the product and vacuum and brush the condenser coil is clean to maintain high energy efficiency level. "JB out 7/14/23. Customer states newly install dishwasher will not fill with water and therefore not run. Upon arrival found newly installed dishwasher not installed correctly. Issue number one installer has not adjusted the leveling legs on the dishwasher so that the gap between the dishwasher top, and the countertop bottom has been filled. This has left a large gap And needs to be corrected. This is a cosmetic issue, but was not installed correctly. Secondly, the dishwasher drain hose was not installed onto the existing air gap device rather the installer install this drain hose directly to the garbage disposer completely negating the air gap operation. Use of an air gap is required as outlined in the supplied installation guide from the manufacture of the dishwasher. Thirdly, the existing garbage disposal, which is not a new install still contains the knockout plug within. The dishwasher cannot drain water into the garbage disposal, so the water does not leave the dishwasher and the dishwasher is on the board. Computer has tripped the error code for not draining. Number one disposer knockout plug needs to be removed. Number two dishwasher drain line needs to be correctly installed to the airgap device and the airgap device needs to be correctly installed onto the garbage disposer port. I have cleared the store and error code and test of the dishwasher with the drain line disconnected and run into a bucket. Verified in the presence of customer. Dishwasher will fill and run and Drain. Installation corrections are not covered by the manufacturer and I have referred the customer back to the installation company for resolution. "JB out 7/14/23. Customer states that intermittently the dishwasher will not complete a cycle nor drain water out and display the F9 E1 error code indicating a drain issue. Upon arrival inspected dishwasher and found unit installed by installer on evenly. Dishwasher leans to the left and the machine is not level. Tested dishwasher in normal wash cycle. Verified correct water filter and wash functions. Cancel cycle and observed machine. Drain water and shut off. Verified unit drained only a small amount of water and left in the sump of the dishwasher tub, causing the F 9E error code 2 be stored at approximately 19 minutes of runtime. Tested full function again then canceled and initiated a drain sequence. Open the cover of the airgap and Verified water being pumped from dishwasher is greatly restricted. Removed dishwasher from cabinet installation. Found factory drain hose is connected to a rubber hose extension due to the need for a longer drain in this installation. also found installer had attached factory drain line up high to back of cabinet behind dishwasher causing a high drain loop. removed clamp holding factory portion of drain hose in a high drain loop. Tested unit again before reinstalling into cabinet. Verified in presence of customer unit now drains water out from dishwasher through drain hose extension through air gap device at the proper flow rate and the water empties from the dishwasher sump wells in the required amount of time set forth in the software program. Restriction has been removed. Re-tested again and present. customer verified. Dishwasher is now draining properly. Reinstalled unit into cabinet installation. Tested drain function one final time. Verified unit is draining and operating as designed. In a short customer she should not have the F9E1 error code any longer . Adjusted cabinet level so unit is now level in it installation. Found the unit has a three error codes. Fae2 f9e1 and f4e3. The heater relay is shorted and the heater is within range of ohms but is leaking. The vent is shorted so it needs three parts. Heater control and vent. Control is on back order at the moment.

Found bottom of the gasket not in place so not allowing the door to seal. I reinstalled the seal and now the door is sealing properly. Job completed.

Found switch that was installed was defective. I replaced the switch and all functions of the light and control are now working. Job completed.

Found the fresh food evap frozen over. I replaced the evap cover and control with the revised versions. Control was at 6.0.0 software version and is now 7.0.0. I removed all the water from the drip pan and all functions are working properly. Job completed. Using code S27311.
