Customer stated the clothes are tangling up during the cycle. And unit is leaking. Found signs of leak from fill hose. Tightened hoses and ran unit through diagnostics unit working to specs. As for clothes told customer to ball up rather than string around to avoid twisting. Tested all works good at this time.

Customer stated that unit is not draining. Found air gap plugged. Cleared air gap. Customer also stated that spray arm is stuck. Found arm cam off. Reinstalled and tested all works good at this time.

Customer stated that water is left in dispenser. Found water valves not open all the way causing low pressure to unit. Fixed and tested all works good at this time.
