Brown and orange wire was not plugged in all the way not sure why or how but pin was sticking out of the brown wire not in all the way. Connection made and fan is now working correctly. "JB out 7/18/23. Customer states that the washer Will intermittently shut off mid cycle and the only way to get it to operate again is to unplug it from the outlet and plug back in. Upon arrival found washer in wash mode with laundry as required. Observed washer fill to correct water level and wash properly. After 25 minutes, canceled wash cycle to test drain and spin functions. Tested drain and spin. Verified correct function. Ran diagnostics extract two stored error code. Both are F0E5 indicating Off Balance condition detected. Cleared stored error codes. Unable to very complaint or any mechanical defects today. Recommend customer to load clothes in loose heaps evenly around the outer part of the WASHPLATE as outlined in the supplied use and care guide. Tested in Rinse & Spin mode. Observed F7E8 error. Fold is displayed when the main control determines the motor temperature is too high.. inspected motor rotor fell covered in linden dust. Brush, clean cooled off motor and re-tested unit now operate properly. No parts used. No repair made.NOTE: suggest customer replace existing black rubber inlet fill hoses to prevents potential flood. These hoses should be replace every 4-5 years regularly.No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE"

Unit not draining. I found that the dishwasher was draining normal. The air gap at the sink is clogged. Instruct customer on clogged air gap. All tests good.

Unit making noise during bake cycle. I found that the convection fan motor was making noise. Removed and replaced fan motor blade and tightened panel. All tests good.

He led unit found unit would shut off when attempting to use. Found open ground on outlet also found loose incoming power connector. Re secured connection and tested ops unit worked ok. Also advised cx fixing outlet for proper function.
