Ran a service test and found the unit passed without faultThe liquid insert for the dispenser has been removed for dry detergent. There is a lot of detergent on the top of the basket(loading) . Cleaned this off and ran a quick cycle. The unit made a large amount of suds during this cycle even after the test cycle. Found the cold water was slower from the house valve than the hot water. "JB out 7/3/24.Upon arrival, verify date of purchase as June 20, 2024. Please see attached quick pic photograph of purchase receipt from Home Depot. Customer states intermittently unit makes loud buzzing noises. Upon arrival found the machine making a very low hum buzzing noise. Touch cabinet and noise went away. Adjusted front left and right level legs lower down against the ground to prevent vibration of the refrigerator cabinet. Unable to verify any noise at this time. No parts needed or used.
