"JB Out 12/14/23.Customer states with the dryer has little heat and takes several hours to dry clothing.Upon arrival found newly installed dryer in laundry room connected with thin foil type ducting material going inside wall above kitchen to the exit of the house. Tested dryer with wet clothing. Found unit is heating but short cycling. Burner flame says on between 23: 45 and then cycles off. Remove the dryer from away from the wall and then remove ducting from dryer. Tested dryer again in timed dry cycle. Verified burner does not any longer short cycle. Counted 11 1/2 minute on interrupted burner duration with wet clothing and dryer. Advise customer no mechanical issue with dryer itself but ducting system inside wall to the exit of the house is partially restricted causing short cycle burner operation lead to very long dry time. Recommend customer replace existing thin foil, tight ducting material with rigid metal ducting material to prevent potential hazard of fire or loss of life. Also recommend customer have duct inside wall, professionally cleaned to remove any and all restrictions. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Upon arrival inspected unit found a actuator was bad replaced actuator and capacitor re-tested unit in diagnostics unit passed all diagnostic test put the unit into drain and spin. The unit went into drain and spin just fine. Also did a quick wash cycle unit pass all tests on the quick wash cycle advise consumer to never overload the unit or two. Make sure that all loads are balanced and it is now working as intended. Job complete

Upon arrival inspected unit found that the unit had a faulty drain pump replaced drain pump tested unit in diagnostics unit passed all diagnostic test and is working as intended. Job complete

Found the cold water valve not closing all the way. So it is allowing a constant trickle of water into the unit. I replaced the valve and checked for dripping going into the unit and no more dripping occurring. All other functions tested ok. Job completed. ; used 1 W11513255 (Valve) from stock

After replacing the door seal the door is now sealing properly on all side. Door now closes better. Job completed.

After replacing the stuck valve all functions of the cooktop are now restored. All functions pass. Job completed.

Replaced listed parts in order to fix cracked out tub issue had to replace Gearcase in order to make sure new seal was installed. Tested after repair all ok.
