Calling tech line. Found dispenser was pulsating and lights were flickering and water was coming out then started to work. Unit is making ice. Russel with tech line. Called in and reset unit. Found harness up on top not all the way plugged in. Reset both harness plugs and unit is working as designed. Valve was not needed. It was a communication issue. Customer will keep a eye on it. Called techline about the issue they say I did the correct thing by installing foam strips to seal the open area behind the fresh food evaporator cover. Unit should operate properly now. I was able to warm up the frozen water tank and allow water to dispense. Nit now operating properly.

"Replaced failed parts unit tested good but also found unit was not converted correctly, orifice is not the correct size (to large) also found that tech that did the conversion left out several screws and cut and spliced wires to door switch, also all the retaining clips for the harness on the front bulk head have also been broken off, at the moment broken clips and spliced harness are not affecting function, but did instruct customer to not use unit until it has been properly converted to propane"
