Sr#7737090630. Cx complaint unit makes smell like gas when using bake. Per techline ignitor is not connected to ground properly. Had me tighten the screws and push the ignitor closer to burner tube was about 1/4 inch. Tested Unit is now working as designed per techline. Advised client if happens again to reach back out to manufacture

"Customer was concerned with cracking in the freezer drawer, as well as excessive frost buildup in the freezer section. The freezer drawer was not cracked. All she was seeing was the seam in the drawers molding. There was, however, excessive frost buildup. This was due to a poor door seal. Used a heat gun to fix the door gasket. Unit is no longer having an air leak."
