"Upon arrival found unit with error code F9E1, check the unit and found the unit has the drain hose facing the wrong direction. This is causing the failure. Readjusted the drain hose, erased the error code and retest the unit, unit passes all the tests at this time. Additionally found unit with to much soap by the end of the cycle, this is causing the sensor dont detect the water on the unit. Inform this to the customer and suggest run several rinse cycles in order to remove this problem. Job complete"

"Checked for faults and found none. Noted towels and a large t-shirt are thrown on the center and not evenly distributed. Use and care states that items should be loaded in lose clumps around the wash plate. Used this load (minus the t-shirt) to test the suspension. I loaded the unit per instructions and ran a rinse spin cycle. Noted sudsing . The unit finished its cycle without issue. Rotor retaining bolt is loose, reset with lock tight. The basket is suspended on four springs , it is normal for it to be moved around easily. Loading is key to these units being able to balance in the final spin and rinse cycles. Called WPTS(7737142151)"
