"JB Out 9/20/24.Customer states washer shakes and walks away from wall.Upon arrival found washing machine, not sitting square against wall with items under front feet. Tested operation verified only one store error code F7E1 indicating lost tachometer signal. And install replacement actuator part number W10913953 and erased stored in error code. retested operation after calibration cycle. Verifying unit now spins at correct speed and does not shake after adjusting front left hand and front right hand legs. No charge to customer. Cx laymen that unit stopped and lid remained locked with clothes and water inside of drum and he was unable to remove clothes during last use.cx unplugged washer and plugged it back in and door unlocked and he was able to remove clothes but water remained in drum.
