Installed the new adjuster for the upper racket

Found bad FC module. Installed new module. All lights now illuminating with no issues. All functions working as designed.

Customer reports a banging noise at the end of the cycle. Found the rotor bolt out of position was lying on the ground. Replaced all parts in slider assembly it comes with new bolt with factory locktite. Tested after repair all ok.

"Checked for error codes on ice maker. E2 error code present. Performed diagnostic test 59(ice maker motor test. Unit passed test 59. Called WPL to document and further diagnosis. Techline instructed me to perform diagnostic test 19(tube heater). Tube heater receiving voltage and has correct resistance. Under WPL instruction, unplugged unit for 2 minutes to reset unit. WPL instructed me to have Cx wait 24 hrs for ice production."

Installed parts and tested. Unit checks ok.

Unit making loud noise during spin cycle. I found that the rotor bolt had backed out causing loud noise. I reinstalled bolt with loc tight. All tests good.

Found refrigerator freezer door not closing causing frost reposition and clear out ice retested check out ok no dents or dings cause by tech.

Upon arrival found unit no producing any ice. Check the unit and found the unit has this function off causing the failure. Turn on the unit and retest the unit and now unit is working properly. Job complete

Customer states that the unit bangs around with large items like blankets or comforters. Ran a spin cycle and found the unit is balanced. Instructed customer about loading.

Unit was not dispensing upon arrival. Found leak under door. The tubing had pinched and cracked. Used a water line quick connector to repair he broken line and verified everything is now working as designed.

"F7e1 missing tachometer reading, replaced actuator and tested unit working as designed"

"Confirmed unit is not getting enough electricity to heat, only getting 78 volts this is a 240v unit electric dryer. Instructed cx they will need to get electrician out to correct this issue"

"JB out 9/7/23. Customer states washing machine will not fill with enough water. Upon arrival found the machine set for delicate cycle. Ran delicate cycle and verified low. Fill. Instruct customer this is a high-efficiency low fill washing machine and that is the correct fill operation for that selected cycle. Recommend use of heavy duty, cycle wipes, cycle, sanitize cycle towels, cycle or bulky item cycle and deep fill option, selected and over the course of the wash cycle. Tested operation in bulky item cycle with deep fill option selected and verified over approximately 15 minutes time. The washing machine filled with approximately 1/2 tub full of water. Recommend customer load less clothing, and very, very small amounts of detergent being used typically 1 teaspoon maximum of HE detergent. Unable to verify any mechanical problem today. Advise customer future service calls were no defects found will garner a service call charge. No charge today. Job complete."

Found terminal cover dented in and touching terminal causing sparks knocked dents out of terminal tested unit it is heating getting to temperature and surface burners are working Job complete

Found the temps in the refrigerator checked ok and matching the temp selected. The thermistor was out of place so I reinstalled it and all found should now remain ok. I did notice that some items were in the air vents and that could cause those items to freeze. All functions tested ok after repair. Job completed.

"Upon arrival found unit no cooling, check the unit and found control board with two dash on the temperature control. Call tech line and after test, they recommend to replace the control board on the unit. Customer decided to call whirlpool customer service, in order to get a concession for the repair. Found lose door handle. Retightened handle all functions tested okay call complete

"Checked the unit freezer liner has a collection of ice accumulating towards the top center, checked the freezer gasket found on the inside top corner gasket was pulled away from the liner, used heatgun and reinstall gasket to be sealed correctly. Tested operations unit is working as designed now at this time."

Ran cycle and unit did not heat up. Found safety thermostat open. Replaced thermostat WE04X25194 are ran cycle. Unit passed all tests and is operating as designed.

Breaker was tripped. Corrected issue.

Ran tested dryer with a load of towels all ok. The towels came out dry. Instructed customer to use the more dry setting and to place items against the sensors in order for sensors to make good contact with damp clothes. Unit operating as designed.

"Called tech line Checked the unit fount the fresh food thermistor is tracking way too cold , but the fresh food section would be 52°F. I installed a brand new cover assembly, which included a brand new three master check to cover assembly, found that there was wrap covering the airflow where the sensor is remove that cover and wrap from the Thermistor assembly unit started calling, correct at this time allow 48 hours for everything to go back to normal"

Found the unit had a f21 stored. The drain pump had a loose connection. I reinstalled the connect and all functions tested ok. Job completed.

Found loose wire on control reinstalled tested working to spec this is a different issue

"Code 56 on the display, nothing else works, ice maker stopped working as well Code 56, called tech line to see what code 56 is sabbath mode , and somehow the freezer has the same code and nothing is working on both unit , looked up in the owners manual got it out of sabbath mode. And tested the ice maker,unit cycled ok now. Instructed customer on what had happened. Unit is working as designed now at this time."

Found both freezer and refrigerator doors not sealing. I removed and adjusted the plate underneath the cabinet to get the doors to seal. I tightened the handles after fixing door seal issues. All functions tested properly after repair. Job completed.

"After cooling issues were diagnosed previously, I came today and have replaced the evaporator harness and thermistor plus the control module. Consumer was asked to allow at least 24 hours before packaging the unit with groceries. Condenser coils clean up was performed as well."

Compressor changed out. Remove existing compressor. Install new compressor. Test ran unit. GE tool found fault code evap motor slow start/ defrost sensor went over fault code findings with customer.Unit operating at this time.

Visual and physical inspection has been performed finding the drain hose dislocated from underneath of the machine. I have replaced the hose as designed and tested machine after. No leaks.

Replaced faulty evaporator fan motor was noisy. Unit ok after repair. Instructed customer on not blocking air flow for sensors. Instructed customer thre unit uses a more efficient compressor and is still saving on nervy compared to previous models. Unit ok.; used 1 WP2315549 (Evaporator fan motor) from stock

Reassembled unit ran diagnostics verify no returned. Error codes. Tested washer in normal cycle. Verified LidLock operates, machine fills with water to the appropriate water level, and the machine agitates. canceled wash cycle. Tested in spin only. verified correct spin .. no charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"

"Cx states unit freezing in rc. Temps fluctuate 5 degrees. Tested and found product temp at 37 in middle shelf. Top shelf has yogurt which is susceptible to freezing, top shelf temps will be coldest, advised cx to to allow for proper air flow. Unit passed all tests and is functioning at this time."

Found the strike broken and reason for machine not starting. I replaced the strike and removed the f5e1 error code stored. All functions tested properly after repair. Job completed. ; used 1 W11457841 (Strike) from stock

Found air diffuser leaking air. Removed and replaced defused and tested unit. Unit functions normal now

"JB out 9/6/23. Customer states when washing machine is in use there is an odor of overheating. Customer also states washing machine wash tub smells moldy or not fresh. Upon arrival verified. Customer is using re-clean wash cycle with a fresh tablet at least once possibly twice per month. Inspected wash tub by tipping washer back and found wash tub appears to be clean with the exception of the sump area, which appears to have a dark color, indicating a potential dirt, lint or buildup. Suggest customer might want to try washing an empty washtub occasionally with just bleach in hot water. Further inspection finds when detergent dispenser drawer is removed. There is some black, mold, not a lot, but some in the drawer housing and in the dispenser drawer itself. Recommend customer remove dispenser drawer, at least once per month and wash with detergent and hot water. Also a spray cleaner, then rinsed out to be used to clean the dispenser drawer housing regularly. This should alleviate any mold buildup and prevent a musty odor. Ran diagnostics and verified. No stored error codes. Tested washer in spin cycle. Then inspected motor and found no overheating condition. Filled washer again in Normal wash cycle. Cancel Cycled and verified correct drain function and water flow exiting washing machine. Drain pump motor is not overheating. Unable to verify any heat or burning odor. This was done in the presence of the customer. Advise customer to replace the hot and cold black rubber fill hoses should be replaced every four years to prevent a potential crack and possible flood. Instruct customer, hot and cold hoses should be replaced very soon. See quick pic photographs of existing hot and cold fill hoses.Other than verifying existence of some mold in dispenser drawer, and in housing behind drawer, unable to verify any potential falls of a musty or foul odor, and unable to verify any overheating or heat odor at this time. No parts use. No physical repair needed at this time . No charge to customer. Job complete."

Found slider was loose. Removed and reinstalled. All ops now working as designed.

JB out 9/6/23. Upon arrival verified stainless steel trim separated from outer door glass. Installed replacement outer door glass assembly. Reinstalled door into oven chassis. Tested door operation. Unit opera as designed.NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER JOB COMPLETE

Suspension rod broke. Installed suspension assembly. Operation tested as designed.

Installed new parts and resolved water leak from icemaker fill chute.

"Visual and physical inspection has been performed finding that the issue its been caused by overuse in powder, detergents to clean up and food overflowing into the gas nozzle. I have clean up the gas nozzle and tested the burning again and is working I as designed."

Found unit with little drops in between door. Found door not put together properly. Not allowing proper ventilation through door and causing water droplets. Removed door and disassembled. Reinstalled door liner properly. Tested. Unit is working properly.

"Found the gfci outlet tripped this is why the dishwasher would not power on. Reset gfci and verified proper operation from the dishwasher. Unit ok. Verified unit fills, washes, drains, and drys. Heater pulling proper amps."

Installed cooktop. I waited for customer to get concession from GE. Concession #902904010401y14010.

Unit shaking excessive in spin cycle. I found no error codes. I tested unit in diagnostic and found that the basket has too much play causing the shaking. I found worn out basket hub causing the play. Removed and replaced basket hub. Tested unit. All tests good. ; used 1 W10528947 (HUB) from stock

Ran diagnostics and found an F5E3 error code. Took top off and found loose connection on latch harness. Disconnected and secured the connection. Ran cycle and unit passed all tests. Unit is now operating as designed.
