"Upon arrival, inspected unit found that the unit was freezing over on the refrigerator, evaporator side, tested evaporator fans. Evaporator fans are working as they should found bad thermistor replaced for Mr. advised customer to give at least 1224 hours for the unit to get back up the temperature. While I was inspecting the unit the customer advised me at the unit was no longer making ice. I inspected the freezer door and the harness that goes into the freezer door is cut has cut wires. Advise customer to get with customer support and customer relations to see if he can get a concession on this door. This unit is only three years old. If not, we will come back and give them a quote on the door and install of the door, but I advised him to speak with customer relations before that.; used 1 W10316760 (Thermistor kit) from stock"

"Turned on the compressor, noise was not present, applied the makeshift support I made to hold up the line where the noise was previously present. Lifting up the line made the chattering dissipate completely. Contacted techline, techline does not have any parts that are supplied for this repair, made a support using a heat probe and putty. Will advise if the noise returns. Currently only operating noise is present."
