"Upon arrival, inspected unit put union to diagnostics found no error codes. Customers complaint was that when the unit got to drain and spin, it would stop and not dream and then inspected the drain line found out the drain line was all the way down into the P-trap, causing a little bit of siphon in the unit to cut out the draining cycle. I ran a small cycle with the drain line, pulled out further and the unit dream and spun the way it should at the end of the cycle. I adjusted the drain line for the consumer unit is working as intended job complete"

I checked the temperature in the unit the unit was set to 32° and caused the reservoir to freeze over. I defrosted the reservoir, tested water dispenser water dispenser, began to dispense water after defrosting it also checked the water fill for the icemaker that icemaker mode filled with water during the test unit is not working as intended.
