"Customer states the unit would fill with water even in drain spin. They unplugged the unit . Plugged in unit , display shown SOAK and water filled through the dispenser. I pressed the power and the unit shut off. Pressed power again and got a power failure alarm. Cleared this and ran a DRAIN SPIN cycle. Unit drained and spun. Checked for fault codes 0-9(OOB PAUSE) 0-5(OOB) and ran a service test. Unit passed the service test without fault. Ran a factory calibration. Unit checks ok at this time."

"JB out 9/27/23. Customer states no water from dispenser and no ice production. Says filter replaced last week is new. Some foods freezing in the RC. Verified no flow from water dispenser and no ice cube production. Removed water filter and tested again. Water now flows from dispenser. Inspected condenser coils and found blocked causing longer run time causing freezing temperatures in the refrigerator section. Verified newly installed water filter does not allow water to flow through. Recommend customer return it for refund and purchase a new filter. Also recommend customer remove toepanel Grill every two months for the life of the product so the condenser coils can be vacuumed and brushed clean regularly. this will ensure better temperature regulation between the refrigerator and freezer compartments, consume, less electricity, and extend the life of the product. No parts use. No charge to customer. Job complete."
