Ruben arrived precisely at the scheduled time. I checked the problem I had called about and explained that it was functioning correctly. He then checked the refrigerator's overall performance, vacuuming the condenser coil and tightening the leveling pads—things outside the scope of the call. Thank you for your excellent service.
