Seems that spin does not workConfirmed..spins and agitates at same time. Stretched belt and worn cam kit assembly actuator stuck as well. Ordering belt washplate cam kit actuator and gearcase. Will have to break washplate to change out gearcase.; ordrng 1 W11454734 (Gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (Cam kit) and 1 W10913953 (Actuator) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W10902814 (Wash plate)

Consumer had had the part delivered to them by Fair TradeClaims. Drain pump not operating every time. Intermittently expels water. Found drain pump motor over heating and rust in armature shaft housing. Replaced defective pump assembly, designed operation returned with no leaks.

We have had our repair guy come in twice already over the last few weeks and we still do not have a working dishwasher. He has to keep ordering new parts. We have not heard back about when he is coming back out to finish yet.

I feel that Rod came unprepared for the job task. When I called in I stated that the drain pump was not kicking in and when there was a water mess Rod wanted me to use up my towels to clean it up instead of having them on hand to clean up a water mess. We have not moved this machine out since we installed it and the drain hose was attached when Rod touched it. The professional thing to do is offer the assistance at getting it placed back on. He was about 30 minutes late to my appointment because he went to his all day appointment first. Sorry I work as a field tech and if I schedule a time frame I make that time frame I do not do other work to impede that time frame
