Rod did an acceptable check of my new washer. 3stars only for the companies performance because the first appt made was cancelled by them, but I was not notified. I am still disappointed with the whirlpool appliance, due to its vibration. Apparently I was told this is because it’s a lighter weight and different pedestal manufacturing…bummer, I am now stuck with this set.

In order to repair the ice maker, the whole freezer door had to be replaced. I couldn’t believe that the repair man did not take the old door away and it was left for me to dispose of it. That was a hardship for me.
