Upon arrival inspected unit customer stated unit would not finish cycles put unit diagnostics diagnostics check found Which load me an F7 E5 remo Rotar inspected slider found a completely worn out slider and stuck inside clutch removed it replaced it with a new one retested unit unit passed all test and is working as intended cleared all error. Codes ran a factory calibration and reprogrammed control board job complete.

Upon arrival inspected unit tried to find a model and serial number model and serial number are completely wiped off of it. I did find a big crack in the drain pump. The unit was already pulled out with back pulled off of it. Found that we carry that drain pump on our truck stock gave the customer a quote to replace it. Customer decided to not go ahead with the repairs due to the age of the machine and not being able to find other parts.

Codes ran icemaker through harvest test unit passed all test also filled unit with water in ice mold. I did find a rip edge in the sleeve on the deli UI harness this could be a possible issue gave the customer a quote on the replacement for those or I gave them to option to just leave it unplugged and see if that. corrects the issue they decided to just go with unplugging the deli UI harness, which I did advise him if they have any more issues please give us a call back."
