Upon arrival found very worn out belt and cam replaced both tested unit unit no longer making grinding noises job completed ran a factor calibration on unit as well

Upon arrival inspection found multiple lights out replaced all lights all lights are working as intended now. job complete

"Upon arrival inspected unit customer stated that right side of control panel gets very hot. I advise her that this is where the cooling fan vents out at and can get hot anywhere On the surface of the oven anywhere from 152° to 112° in the air that is coming out of the vent can be up to 303 150° because it is venting hot air from the oven. The unit is working as intended. This is the consumers only complaint advisor to just keep little children away from me, but this is working normal. Tested control board control board is working as intended. Not getting too hot. Warmer drawer was falling off track. I put the warmer board back on the track unit is working as intended job complete"

"Im on arrival. Inspected unit and found unit not cooling in fresh Food compartment. Inspected evaporator fan evaporator completely frozen over ordering evaporator heater, evaporator wire harness with thermal fuse, thermistor. And AUI control panel; ordrng 1 W11562214 (Evaporator wire harness with thermal fuse, evaporator wire, harness with thermal fuse) and 1 WPW10384183 (Thermistor) and 1 W11666427 (UI control panel) and 1 W11562215 (Defrost heater)"

"Upon arrival, inspected unit for unit and diagnostics unit right away gave me an F6 E2 error code which is a user interface cannot hear ACU try to run a diagnostic cycle unit were not going to a diagnostic cycle ordering AUI consul, UI harness and main control board. The consul is a PSP part out of stock advice. Customer could take up to 10 days to receive this part but it is what is needed to correct this issue.; ordrng 1 W11112662 (Console) and 1 W11417461 (Main control) and 1 W11199207 (UI harness)"
