Third time in less then 4 months of having a new appliance getting worked on. I am not happy that the appliance company has come out 3 times to figure out how to fix my refrigerators issues. Plus have to wait over 7-10 days to get an appointment. I have lost well over $800 worth of food because the issue was not resolved the first couple times.

Randy was rude. When he asked me to sign the damage waiver, I commented, didn’t say I wouldn’t sign it, and he snatched it away from in front of me and curtly said he could not work on the machine if I wouldn’t sign it. I informed him that I hadn’t said I would not sign it. At the end he told me he doesn’t work on this brand and I’d need to get someone else. I have had nothing but bad experiences with ARS; first tech James was utterly rude, wouldn’t listen, told me my refrigerator is cheap, caused damage to my week old new kitchen and made the matter of the refrigerator worse; Andrew didn’t show up within the time frame, I had to leave 30 minutes after the allotted time because I had an appointment; the next time Andrew came out he was on time, informative and personable, exactly how a person coming into your home to perform a service should be; then Randy, when my initial appointment was booked for this service it was cancelled and rescheduled, because the tech was suddenly not available, I could not accept the rescheduled time as I had to be at work, the. When he did come it was a bad experience. I am disappointed that you are the only company in my area that KitchenAid uses for warrantee issues. Your admin is disorganized and some of your technicians are not people I would want in my house to work for me, rude and arrogant people are not fit for a job in customer service

Randy was great! He replaced the water pump on our dishwasher and it is working well. He made sure to test the dishwasher several times to ensure all was in working order. He was on time, personable, cleaned up after he was finished, and answered all our questions.
