This was the worst service I have ever received from any type of company, specifically from the office staff. I made the call to have a tech come out and told them what it was. This tech confirmed the part that was the issue and went back to the office. The part was not ordered for another 4 days which caused the part to take 2 weeks to arrive. During this time I repeatedly called the office begging for information and all I was told was “that’s the parts guy, we will have him call you” and “I’m not sure, I didn’t handle your account. I’ll have somebody call you”. I never received a single call from anybody regarding this, not once for an update. The technicians were great, very friendly and helpful but office staff showed the worst customer service I have ever seen. This whole interaction left me without a clothes washer for nearly a month and caused great distress for me and my family.
