Visual and physical inspection was conducted and found a totally frosted up evaporator back wall. Replacing heater and Evaps harness and heater probe recommended. "Visual and physical inspection plus diagnostics and functional testing was conducted, I found a unit that had no errors, its working as designed but, it showed a rough shifting and a strong tapping noise during agitation. Replacing splutch and actuator recommended.NOTE; Consumer was not happy about the fact that a brand new machine needed a repair already. She will try to get it replaced and if not we are good to order the tagged parts.; ordrng 1 W10721967 (Splutch) and 1 W11481722 (Shifter)"
