On arrival unit is sitting inside enclosure and not level. Raised legs & leveled unit/ secured screws under counter top / installed toe plate / ran unit through fill/rinse/drain and heat and all ops are as designed.Performed cx instruct on how to fill and use rinse aid and ran her through the cycles and how they worked. Performed quick wash cycle with cx present and operates as designed. Job complete

"Cx states sealed system leak. Unit was not plugged in to power or waterline on arrival. Removed old unit from home and installed new unit. Connected waterline verified no leaks/ purged dispenser of air, set down legs and leveled unit.Unit is cooling as designed jobncomplete"

Cx states last tech here left the units unaligned and lots of screamed out of the unit and trim panels. Took pixOn removing trim found nearly all black screws that were remaining were stripped and ran in at incorrect angles with impact causing screws to strip in place.Need (4) Bumpers W10578780Need 2 screw kits W10519818Removed upper oven with oven dolly. Aligned lower unit with center trim panel. Cut boards to secure lower unit in place. Cut boards to attempt a support brace for upper oven as there is no hardware which holds it in place and there is plenty of room enough for unit to tip forward and fall out of enclosure. Need to return with more materials and bumpers/screws to make trim whole again.Will need a second man to assist with trim panels assembly.
