I purchased a Whirlpool washer and had an issue with it after six months of use. Upon calling the Whirlpool Call Center, a woman by the name of Clarissa in Michigan told me that I had to go with another company. She INSISTED THAT THEY HAD ONLY ONE COMPANY SERVICING THE ENTIRE I. E. But the company she recommended was not ARS and in fact had terrible reviews! I called back and spoke to another representative (Britney from Nashville, Tennessee) who gave me the names of several companies who service the I. E. I decided to go with Appliance Repair Service, and I’m glad that I did!
KEVIN FROM ARS SHOWED UP ON TIME AND HAD A VERY POSITIVE ATTITUDE!! He immediately started working on the washing machine doing his assessment. He quickly found out the problem and fixed it. He was polite, intelligent, kind, and truly an expert in his field! I highly recommend Kevin and ARS to any of you wondering who to go with.
