Unit leaking from vent when customer opened door. I leaned unit back more to have gravity help and I removed and replaced vent assy. Tested unit. All tests good.

Customer stated that sometimes it doesnt work. I tested unit though diagnostic and no error codes were present. I ran diagnostic test cycle and cycle passed with no errors. All tests normal. Couldve been off balance loads or issue at outlet. Washer tests normal.

Unit not drying properly. Found failed thermal cutoff. Removed and replaced thermal cutoff. All tests good.

Removed and replaced heater. All tests good.

"Sr#7740453041 I replaced main control, capacitor, actuator and motor relay. Still not getting voltage through motor circuit. I called tech line and we determined that we have a broken wire in motor circuit. Ordering lower harness. ; ordrng 1 W11376227 (Harness) and 1 W11736785 (Harness)"
