Unit is in warranty. Customer stated that the inner glass shattered on first heat up. I found shattered glass. Removed and replaced inner glass. Tested and pre heated to 350. All tests good.

Unit is in warranty. Customer stated that the unit is making noise. I tested unit and found that the gearcase is making noise when basket spins. I found that the noise is at tub seal and gearcase. Removed and replaced gearcase. Tested unit. All tests good.

Unit is in warranty. Took pic of pop. Customer stated that the unit was leaking. I found that the hose going to filter housing is broken and causing water to leak inside RC. Ordering hoses and filter housing parts. ; ordrng 1 5304526050 (Base) and 1 140156010054 (Manifold) and 1 8582422201557 (Tube) and 1 242220119 (Hose)

Unit is in warranty. Customer stated that there is water coming from under dispenser drip tray. I found water coming from inside door assy. I removed upper hinge and found crack at ice maker fill line. It looks like it comes with the door. Ordering door assy and other line in door. Allow 2 job count on return. ; ordrng 1 W11768068 (Door) and 1 W11768002 (Tube)

"Unit is in warranty. New built home. Customer stated that the unit is not drying. I found weak flame and poor airflow through house venting. New built home, customer to call builder to correct airflow through house. Dryer tests good."

"Unit is under extended warranty. Customer stated that the unit is now leaking water. I arrived today and found that the seals on the gearcase blew and now gushing water through gearcase. Ordering gearcase and wash plate. ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 W11510461 (Wash plate), states that autho needed"

Unit is under extended warranty. Customer stated that the right front burner is not lighting. I tested and found that the gas is getting to the burner but not traveling down tube to ignitor. I removed burner and found buildup inside burner. I cleared burner and travel tube. All tests good.

"Unit is under extended warranty. Customer stated that the unit is stopping mid cycle and leaking. I tested unit and found that the shaft on user interface is broken, the front door boot clamp failed and door boot is not attached causing leak, the drain pump is really loud and there is F3E1 code for pressure switch . I called trade partners due to interface not showing in stock anywhere.
