Unit is in warranty. New construction. Customer stated that the clock is losing time. I went to check polarity of outlet and found that the plug was barely plugged in from builder. This could be stopping the clock. I secured power cord and set time. All tests good.

Unit is in warranty. Customer stated that the unit is not cooling in RC. I found frozen over RC evaporator. I went to main control and checked for dc voltage to RC evaporator thermistor and had voltage. I ohm through same circuit and found it open. Failed evap thermistor or wire issue in cabinet. Unit is frozen over and will need to be defrosted to check reading at thermistor. Removed and replaced main control and RC evaporator harness. All tests good.

"Unit is under autho KV2153PPL2. New construction, model home. Customer stated that the oven is not heating. I tested and found no voltage to heater. I removed outlet cover and found that the oven is not wired correctly. Builder to correct electrical. Oven tests good. Customer not available to sign. I notified our office to inform customer if they call back in."

Unit is in warranty. Customer stated that the right side of the storage drawer is sticking out. I dont see any visible damage. Ordering new drawer and drawer panel to see if we can get it to sit better. ; ordrng 1 W10813962 (Drawer) and 1 W11771220 (Panel)

"Unit is covered under extended warranty. Customer stated that the unit is leaking on random cycles. I tested unit and found it splashing out at tub ring. Per service pointer the tub ring and dispenser have been redesigned for this issue. Ordering tub ring, dispenser and bezel. ; ordrng 1 W11590590 (Tub ring) and 1 W11550898 (Bezel) and 1 W11569112 (Dispenser)"

"Unit is under extended warranty. Customer stated that the unit is making noise when the right side RC door is opened. I found cracked left side door on lower hinge, ripped door gasket on right side, and damaged upper hinge on right side. Removed and replaced door, hinge, gasket and badge. All tests good."

Unit is under extended warranty. Customer stated that the unit gave a f9e1 error. I tested unit and couldnt duplicate issue. I flushed excessive suds and ran test cycle multiple times. Customer stated that the unit also has a grease leak at corner. I disassembled door and positioned insulation properly and tightened all seals. All tests good.

Unit is in warranty. Customer stated that the unit will not start. I tested and found that the capacitor was not allowing motor to start. Failed capacitor. Removed and replaced capacitor with truck stock. All tests good. ; used 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR) from stock
