"Unit is under extended warranty. Customer stated that the unit will not start. I tested and found that the basket was seized and unable to move due to bearings being failed. I broke basket free and tested further. I found suspension is bad and washout caused damage to cam, and belt. Removed and replaced Gearcase, cam, belt, washplate, and suspension. All tests good."
