Cusyomer states unit not advancing. Unit is under warranty. Found unit not advancing properly due to pressure sensor. Unit was full of water but was reading no water level. Engaged drain pump and drained out all the water. Replaced main control and programmed. Tested unit. Unit is working properly. Customer approves function at this time.

Customer states unit just drains and doesn't stop. Unit is not under warra ty. Found unit constantly draining and won't stop with engaging the drain pump due to faulted pressure switch. Unit needs control board which is covered under SCode S153EB which covers parts and labor. Installed new control board and tested. Unitnis working properly. Customer approves function at this time.

Customer states burning smell. Unit is under warranty. Tested unit and found unit heating properly. Found unit venting was good. Unit is getting F4E3 error code. Found heat ducting black like it burned something on the duct. Found j it had poor venting due to lint screen. Lint screen is causing jnit to not flow air well. Belt and pulley with dryer repair kit and tested. Unit is working properly. Customer approves function at this time. ; used 1 4392065 ( Repair) from stock

Customer states unit not filling. Unit is under warranty. Tested unit and found unit filling with water. Unit isn't draining properly not allowing hnit to fill properly with water. Cleared drain line and popped plug out of garbage disposal to allow unit to properly drain. Tested. Unit is working properly.
