Customer states oven door is sitting crooked and closes weird when it's closed manually. Unit is under warranty. Found door sitting off from the control panel slightly and when the the door is closed manually it has a weird weird movement to the door. Informed customer the door not sitting flush to the UI is cosmetic issue. Will replace hinges and receiver ; ordrng 1 W11781372 (Hinge) and 1 W11781373 (Hinge R) and 2 W11752201 (Receivers)s

Customer states unit is making noise. Unit is under warranty. Found jnit making noise due to ice pooling up around the evap fan motor. Unit needs new inlet fill tube kit. ; ordrng 1 W11750811 (Inlet tube)
