Tested again in BULKY ITEMS with MAX fill water selected.Allowed unit to fill and agitate. Verified unit now makes a quieter squealing sound during agitation. "JB out 5/1/24Customer states foods in both sections are not cold enough.Verified heavy frost in freezer preventing proper air circulation and blocking cold air from entering refrigerator compartment. Ordering replacement parts for defrost system under manufacturer warranty at no charge to customer. Advise customer to please remove all food from refrigerator and freezer compartment, unplug unit and allow unit to sit for 36 full hours with doors wide open to defrost. Also recommend customer towels in front of refrigerator to catch water from melting ice.
