"JB OUT 3/14/25Customer states dryer will not dry. It takes hours and hours for just a few garments to dry. Upon arrival, inspected dryer and tested in timed dry cycle. Removed screen and found lint only on back of windscreen indicating a 100% blocked exhaust ducting. Inspected exhaust ducting behind House found zero airflow exiting the duct. Found installer has installed thin foil type ducting, which is crushed and costing restriction. Advised customer, thin foil ducting material poses a potential risk for fire and loss of life and should never be used. Recommend customer install either RIGIFLEX or RIGID METAL ducting. Found burner operation is intermittent. Open dryer and found wire to flame sensor is disconnected but touching the terminal. Causing intermittent operation. Properly reinstalled white wire to flame sensor. Reassembled unit and tested operation. Unit is now heating and drying as designed. No charge to customer. Job complete"

JB OUT 3/24/25Customer states when states the door wont unlock and the water will not drain out.Upon arrival verified customer complaint.Tested in drain an spin. Drain pump not running.Tilted was he back and inspected pump.Found wire harness connector to drain motor unplugged.Reinstalled connector. Tested unit in Drain and Spin again. Verified unit is now drawing water out from washtub and spinning as designed.No parts used. No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE..

JB OUT 3/13/25Customer states the washer shut off mid cycle and now wont run.Upon arrival verified some water still in wash tub. Drain pump wont run.Further inspection found broken black wire in lower harness to drain pump.Installed replacement a lower Wire Harness W11643701.Reassembled unit and tested operation with customer.Tested in NORMAL cycle. Verified correct water fill and agitation functions.Tested Drain and Spin. Verified unit now drains and spindle as designed.No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE

"JB OUT 3/13/25Customer states the dishwasher doesnt drain properly. The dishes do not clean and the detergent pellet remains in the bottom of the dishwasher at end of the cycle.Upon arrival, found no water remaining in the dishwasher. Further inspect finds that the dishwasher has No Air Gap leaving the drain hose connected directly to the to the garbage disposer. Tested unit in NORMAL cycle. Observed correct water fill but no wash motor function.Cancelled cycle and verified water did drain successfully. Repeated drain test 3 times.Ordering replacement Sump and motor assembly at no charge to customer.RECOMMEND CUSTOMER HAVE AN AIR GAP INSTALLED as required by local CA building Code; ordrng 1 W11613480 (PUMP AND MOTOR ASSEMBLY)"
