Johnathan: this is Tim Fringer answering you I have nothing ill to say about your response or service other than you appear to have a very strict schedule. I feel that the fact we have experienced so many failures, it is my experience that it does not allow enough time for problem analysis. That being said. I have to report to you that we still have a problem! After approx 8 loads of wash . We are hearing a loud noise while agitate cycle is operating, sounds like a striped ratchet. Sounds very similar to our previous failures! I would appreciate your input as we do not feel we are operating it incorrectly, we have had the machine for a long time, and our use procedure haven’t changed. So I think you or someone should come and figure out the problem and correctly address it. Waiting for your response Tim Fringer
