In warranty. Customer states that the refrigerator is not cooling and the door seal comes apart. The freezer door seal does not stay in place. Ordering a new door and gasket for it at the moment the temperatures are OK in the refrigerator and freezer. I believe the problem was frost got into the damper and caused it to close.; ordrng 1 5304527278 (Door) and 1 241510208 (Door seal)

In warranty. Customer states that the lower shelf will not work and the ice maker is slow. The temperature tested ok. I found the tray had some damage to it. I replaced the ice maker. The lower shelf was put together wrong. I corrected the issue. All tested ok

"In warranty. Customer states that outside the box is getting hot. I found a small water leak in the water valve, which caused the cardboard backing to swell. The swelling of the cardboard caused the condenser fan motor, not to move. I first fix the leak at the valve and then flat the cardboard so that the fan would turn. Unit tested OK"

In warranty. Customer states that the dryer is noisy. I found that the rear drum supports were noisy. They also found the dryer blower wheel was out around causing a vibration. Also he informed me that there was a recall on the washer which I was unaware of ..I’m not one to register my purchases and I wonder had I would I have gotten notice of the recall…very knowledgeable and nice and worked quickly!!
