"In warranty. Customer states that the refrigerator is not cooling. When I started to remove the compressor, I noticed there was absolutely no gas in the system. I pressurize the system up to 250 psi with nitrogen and the pressures did not diminish. I evacuate the system and it held without raising up. It seems that the system was not charged at the factory. , I replaced the dryer and recharge the system unit tested OK; used 1 W11109499 (Drier) from stock"

In warranty. Customer complaint is that the refrigerator section is not cooling. The evaporator fan motor is not running. It does have power. Ordering evaporator fan motor.; ordrng 1 WP2315539 (Motor)

In warranty. Customer states that the refrigerator is freezing food. On arrival I know its a very loud refrigerant noise. I removed the rear panel and I found the evaporator was iced over right at the capillary tube. Need to replace the evaporator along with the dryer and then properly charge the system. ; ordrng 1 W11578004 (Evaporator) and 1 W11504450 (Coupler) and 1 W11506619 (Coupler) and 1 W11109499 (Drier) and 1 W11504445 (Coupler) and 1 W11504447 (Coupler)

In warranty. Customer states that the dishwasher will not run. On the previous trip I found two separate fault codes. I replaced a wash motor and the vent motor. Unit tested OK with no leaks.

In warranty. Customer states the dryer dries erratically. Do they replace the control board and the gas coil. Unit tested OK upon departure.; used 1 Wpw10328463 (Gas coil) from stock

in warranty. Customer states that the washer will not spin. Or replace a lid lock and calibrated the washer. Unit tested OK; O-emld tckt

In warranty. Customer states that the washing machine is leaking. I found that the water was leaking from the standpipe. I also found a pinhole in the bellow. I replaced the Bello and the customers to get a plumber for the standpipe.; used 1 W11578223 (Bellow) from stock

Need to come back to pull the oven out. Well need a second man.; saved tckt
