The problem was not resolved, dishwasher still doesn’t drain and extended drying cycle does not work.The technician left our under sink cabinet totally wet. It’s moldy now and has to be remediated by your company. Please contact me for any questions you may have about the service call.

It took six appointments, four of which were cancelled with lame excuses and rescheduled on the day of service, and $600 to fix one part. Worst customer service.

2nd visit would have gone much better if James would have remembered to order one of the parts. So we had to wait an additional 8-10 days for our washer. He then proceeded to ask for towels from me to clean up an oily mess with broken pieces of the washer (that needed to be broken to get new part on). But our favorite part, was that he threw the towel and all the scraps in the corner of my bathroom and said he didn't know where to put it and that he thought I could handle it. The washer has his fingers prints all over it from grease and oil and not to mention, my husband had to get all the remainder of the broken pieces out of the drum that he should have. The work that is provided these days is really a disgrace. Everyone is always in a hurry and NOBODY takes the time to care and do a superb job anymore. Incredibly disappointed with James's service.
