Customer stated that the fridge slowly went in the freezer then fresh food area. Then noticed that just the fans work. This is a diagnostic diagnosis issue. Unit shows 37 in fresh food and 38 in freezer. Deli shows it was on 37 degrees and I moved it to meat 30 degrees. Main board is not controlling the unit. Inverter is not allowing the unit to activate the compressor. The amps on the compressor read .47 amps. The front panel indicates that the unit is cooling. Showing the temp is going lower to 11 degrees. This unit is out of warranty and is a diagnosis only. So Samsung can help them determine what they can do from here. low charge and control issue. Job completed.

Adding data loggers to system from tech line to monitor fridge temps. This unit is under ext warranty and complaint is high temp warning goes on every so often. Will monitor for 4 days or so. ; schdld next appmnt for 5/19 TUE !

Pulling out oven for customer to have electrical wires at wall going to oven checked. Will let us know when its taken care of. Customer signed removing oven and took pictures. Before and after. Will come back when electrical is checked. ; schdld next appmnt for 5/15 FRI !

Customer stated that the unit would lite and only cook top would work. F2e1 f2e1. Found igniter was not sparking and wouldnt light. Replaced igniter and unit is now lighting. Checked the burners a well. The unit did have a code. Stuck button. Range is still under manufacturer warranty.

Replaced bake burner 5304533840. This was sent to customer. There was a recall on the bake burner. Replaced and tested. Checked out and unit is working now as designed. Unit is under manufacturer warranty and there was no complaint. They like the. Oven. Job completed.

Replaced main board found unit unplugged and also found drain hose didnt have a zip tie. Unit is now functioning as designed. After programmed and calibration of board. Job completed. This was a s code and complaint was unit wouldnt stop running. Which was the pump. All good and teste. Job completed.

Unit has no lights and has no functioning functions. Can put in diagnostic but noticed nothing will run. Brandon with tech line. Found the freezer fan shorted out and there was not enough voltage to run fridge. Case number 23525061. W11575358 fan motor assembly. Sending customer a quote on this showing what needs to be done. Need to take freezer door off and go behind panel in freezer department. Fan assembly will be needing replacement due to shorted fan motor. $219.27 CK Auth# RT3X9T customer put down.
