Customer has to wipe it off quite a bit starting to roll onto the floor and causing cuddling on either left or right side hasnt caused any floor damage as of yet, but is very concerned. This unit is under manufacturer warranty and the complaint is excessive moisture on freezer top door gasket.; schdld next appmnt for 3/9 MON !"

Customer had removed back and had unit moved already. Unit is reading f0e2 f9e1. Found two pads in filter. Tested and saw no more subpds. But unit needs to be cleaned out and customer is going to do just that. If any other issues customer will get back to us. Unit is out of warranty and complaint was it wouldnt drain properly.
